● FAQ – Frequently asked questions

Is the polyester fabric comfortable to wear?

Yes, it's a brushed and fluid polyester, not the rough fabric from cheap sweatpants. It's soft to the touch, breathes properly, and doesn't stick to your skin. That said, it doesn't wick away sweat as well as cotton in heavy heat.

Does the pant really fit as wide as in the photos?

Yes. The Japanese cut is ultra-roomy in the legs, with a low crotch typical of Asian streetwear style. If you're looking for an oversized, laid-back look, this is it. If you prefer a fitted cut, this isn't for you.

How do I choose the right size?

Rely mainly on the waist measurement and inseam length shown in the size guide. The elastic waist forgives a few inches, but if you're between two sizes, go bigger to keep the roomy spirit of Japanese style.

Does the pant wrinkle easily?

No, that's actually one of polyester's advantages: it holds its shape and barely wrinkles, even after a full day of wearing or folded in a bag. A quick steam does the trick if needed.

Can I wear it in summer without getting too hot?

Depends on your tolerance level. The fabric is light and the wide cut lets air circulate, so it's wearable. But polyester retains a bit more heat than linen or cotton, so in extreme heat, you might feel the difference.

How do I wash my Japanese pant?

Machine wash at 86°F max, inside out, with similar colors. No dryer (polyester can shrink or warp). Air dry, and if needed, light iron on low heat.
